The Coderetreat Community Contribution Fund (c3f) (currently operating as a non-profit and being reviewed for 501(c)(3) status) was established with the express goals of funding community-based, education-oriented software development and kids programming events.

As we grow, we intend to branch out into supporting other education and community-oriented programs, specifically events focused on practice and kids. We believe the future will demands a basic literacy in programming, and we want to support this. We will be working with both academic and industry professionals to further this cause.
